Market context
The FOMC calendar lists September 15–16, October 27–28, and December 8–9, 2026 meetings. The June minutes reported no change at that meeting, leaving future policy decisions unresolved.
Resolution rules
Resolve each child poll using the FOMC statement and implementation note issued at or before the specified date. YES means the upper and lower bounds of the federal funds target range are both lower than immediately before the relevant cutoff, indicating at least one rate cut. NO means no such lower target range has been announced by the cutoff. Use only official Federal Reserve statements; corrections supersede earlier statements. If a meeting is postponed or cancelled, use the next official FOMC decision before the cutoff. If the FOMC makes an emergency decision, it counts. Ambiguous guidance without a target-range change does not count. Dates are interpreted at 11:59 p.m. UTC.
